A trip to buy farm equipment parts has led to a free Massey Ferguson zero-turn mower for the Richard Crommett family of Clinton, Maine. Crommett, wife Cherry and nephew Dana won the Massey Ferguson “Crank It Up” sweepstakes and recipients of a new ZT29 zero-turn commercial mower.
The Crommetts operate a hay-harvesting and marketing business, work throughout the community for area farmers and raise livestock that they market through local butchers. Crommett entered the sweepstakes at Northwood Power Equipment’s Hermon, Maine, location, where he’d gone to purchase wheel bearings to maintain his tractor.
The Crommetts were selected as winners of the 2011 “Crank It Up” sweepstakes through a random drawing. The contest sponsored by Massey Ferguson was open from March 1 through July 31.
