Registration opens for ASLA annual meeting in Chicago

asla-logoRegistration is now open for the American Society of Landscape Architects’ (ASLA) 2015 Annual Meeting and EXPO in Chicago. The meeting is set for Nov. 6-9. The theme of this year’s event is “Perspectives” and more than 6,000 people are expected to attend.

Participants will hear from industry experts on landscaping topics ranging from sustainable design to active living, as well as best practices and new technologies. Through education and field sessions, attendees can earn up to 21 professional development hours under the Landscape Architecture Continuing Education System. Moreover, many of the sessions also qualify for continuing education credit from the Green Building Certification Institute (toward LEED AP credential maintenance), the American Institute of Architects, the American Institute of Certified Planners and other professional organizations and state registration boards.

The ASLA Annual Meeting and EXPO is the largest trade show in the industry, with nearly 500 exhibitors offering thousands of new products, services, technology applications and design solutions.
