Bethany KlitzkeCompact equipment maker Takeuchi-US has appointed Bethany Klitzke national parts manager, while Scott Utzman has taken on the newly created role of customer support manager.
As national parts manager, Klitzke will oversee all of the manufacturer’s parts and attachment inventory. In addition to inventory accuracy and availability, Klitzke will be responsible for parts sales growth.
Having expanded its parts department, Takeuchi created the new role of customer support manager, promoting Utzman to the position.
The company said Utzman will work closely with Takeuchi dealers to further strengthen those relationships and also will gather information on how the company can improve practices and better support dealers’ businesses.

With offices and manufacturing operations northeast of Atlanta, Takeuchi-US makes a variety of compact equipment, including track loaders, excavators, wheel loaders and skid steer loaders.
