“How WaterSense Is Enhancing Efficient Irrigation Technology”
Irrigation is now a staple of the Environmental Protection Agency’s WaterSense program, with weather-based irrigation controllers and numerous certifications carrying the WaterSense label. This webinar will explore the program and evaluate how this label helps promote efficient water use in the landscape. Worth one Continuing Education Unit (CEU) in the Tier 1-Irrigation Training category.

“Keeping Water on Target: Impacts on Uniformity & Efficiency”
MechamThis webinar will discuss nozzle performance and various metrics used to measure water application to the landscape, including distribution uniformity, losses to overspray and deep percolation that affect irrigation efficiency. In addition, the discussion will look at sprinkler layout and how that affects performance. The principal speaker will be Brent Q. Mecham, industry development director for the Irrigation Association. Worth one CEU in the Tier 1-Irrigation Training category.

“How Policy Affects Sustainable Landscape Irrigation”
