Ditch Witch, a key brand of Perry, Oklahoma-based Charles Machine Works, has launched its new website, which the company says is more modern, functional and interactive than its previous offering. In a news release on the launch, Ditch Witch cites improvements such as an easy-to-use customer account portal and faster access to dealer information.

Among the new tools on the site is the “HDD Advisor,” which enables customers to determine the right tooling configuration for their Ditch Witch or Vermeer directional drill string. The site’s new “myDitchWitch” customer portal serves as the access point for “Parts Lookup” and “Quick Tools” links, in addition to the HDD Advisor.

The company also equipped the site to accommodate international customers by offering it in several languages. The site is accessible from desktop, laptop and mobile device.
