Pro Comp intros suspension kits for ’15 Ford Super Duty, 22″ Extreme MT tire

Pro Comp recently made a couple of pickup-related announcements that those driving into jobsites on a daily basis will find interesting.

pro-comp-ford-lift-kit-1024x726First up, SEMA judges dubbed the Ford Super Duty as the most accessory-friendly truck on the market this year, and Pro Comp is jumping on that bandwagon with new 6- and 8-inch lift and suspension kits for the 2015 model year of this popular truck.

Suspension systems offer coil spring rates specific to diesel and gasoline engines. The 6-inch suspension kit accommodates 37-inch tires, and you can squeeze in 38 inch tires with the 8-inch kit. Both are offered in Stage I with radius arm drop brackets, or Stage II with tubular radius arms. Brake lines, bump stop extensions, drop Pitman arms and Grade 8 hardware are included in the kits.

Options include nitrogen charged ES9000 dampers, adjustable MX-6 shock absorbers or the company’s race-inspired Pro Runner monotube shocks.

Second, large tires on light trucks are becoming increasingly popular as truck owners move away from the anemic looking tires that come with a stock trucks. Pro Comp is adding to this trend with the release of two new 22-inch diameter rim sizes in its popular Xtreme MT2 tire. The new tires include the:

Designed for trucks that need performance both on and off road, the Pro Comp Xtreme MT2 radial has an aggressive open tread design was optimized for traction and control while minimizing road noise. The lug pattern also provides improved self-cleaning in mud and snow.

The tires are backed by a 40,000-mile tread wear warranty and a 60-day ride assurance warranty.
