Kevin Kirby of Top Cut Lawn and Landscaping LLC in Milledgeville, Georgia, the winner of Toro’s GIE+Expo 2015 mower giveaway, has taken delivery of his new Z Master zero-turn mower just in time for spring.

Kirby’s new Z Master Professional 6000 Series Z (model 74992) features a 25.5-horsepower Kawasaki FX 852cc engine, a 60-inch “Turbo Force” cutting deck and Toro’s new “MyRIDE” suspension system.

The suspension system features a fully suspended operator platform that delivers 3.6 inches of travel and isolates the operator from the rest of the machine. Toro says the design reduces impacts, bumps and vibrations for a more comfortable ride.

The system also features adjustable rear shocks, which allow each operator to choose his own setting, from soft to firm. (Click here to see the mower in action.)

“We just got the mower out there this week, and we couldn’t be happier with it,” Kirby said. “Apart from being fast and productive, the MyRIDE suspension system really eliminates any bumps or shocks. I’ve never mowed on anything so comfortable.”

The contest was limited to eligible landscape contractors, and Kirby’s name was randomly selected from hundreds of entries.

“GIE+EXPO is always a fantastic stage to highlight Toro’s products and newest innovations, and it’s exciting to see so much interest around this new flagship product,” said Chris Hannan, senior marketing manager for Toro’s Residential and Landscape Contractor businesses.

Kirby picked up his new zero-turn mower from his local Toro dealer, Ace of Gray, in Gray, Georgia.
