Aquascape introduces the Certified Kloubec Koi Supplier Program for its wholesale customers who do not stock koi but want to offer koi availability to their consumers.
The Internet-based program offers 20 percent earnings on koi sales. Customers pay a small, annual membership fee to join the program and receive a Kloubec Koi Merchandising Kit that includes a full-color banner, acrylic counter displays and 1,000 code cards to distribute to consumers.
Consumers use their cards to create online accounts at www.koilive.com where they can purchase koi separately or as a package. Commission is tracked because the consumer’s code is linked with the contractor or retailer who provided the card.
Kloubec Koi Farms is located in Amana, Iowa, where the koi, a fish native to Japan, are spawned, hatched and grown.
