Michael Tobin has joined Onset Computer Corporation’s senior management team as controller on August 9.
Tobin, a certified CPA who graduated from Northeastern University, brings more than 25 years of financial management experience to Onset. He most recently served as the chief financial officer for Resin Distribution Company, a national wholesale distributor of plastic resin.
Onset produces a wide range of data logger and weather station products that are used to measure temperature, humidity, light intensity, voltage, and many other parameters. Their versatile products are used in research, commercial, industrial and educational applications.
Onset Computer Corporation has been producing small, inexpensive, battery-powered data loggers and embedded controllers since 1981. In that time they’ve sold over 1,000,000,000 loggers that are used throughout the world by over 50,000 customers.
