Nufarm Americas will acquire the assets of Etigra, a North Carolina-based privately owned pesticide supplier.
Etigra’s portfolio of over 50 products, including fungicides and insecticides, will complement Nufarm’s product selection, which predominantly comprises herbicides. In addition, Etigra’s products will allow Nufarm to expand their crop segment positions.
Both companies plan to finalize the sale and purchase agreement by the end of March.
