The fertilizer Hydrexx Professional Nitrogen Stabilizer, manufactured by Agrotain International, is now approved for use on all Canadian applications. Hydrexx is a dry concentrate additive for melted urea and UAN solutions.
Hydrexx, available in the U.S. in 2006, provides greater nitrogen control allowing the nitrogen to perform up to 12 to 16 weeks. The fertilizer controls ammonia loss to the environment causing turf to green faster and remain green for longer periods of time.
