Paladin names Mike Flannery vice president, general manager of its Light Construction Division and Steve Klyn vice president, chief financial officer.
Flannery was employed by Senco Products in Cincinnati, Ohio, for over 17 years where he held several positions including director of product management, vice president of U.S. operations and senior vice president and president at Senco USA. He also worked at Duo-Fast Corporation as chief operating officer and as president and CEO at Trimas Corporation. Flannery holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Thomas More College.
Klyn joins Paladin from Whirlpool Corporation where he previously served as vice president of finance. He has also been employed by Maytag Corporation, serving as senior auditor, director of financial reporting and vice president and treasurer. Klyn earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Iowa and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
