Case to purchase Western Power & Equipment

Case Construction Equipment announces it has entered an agreement to purchase select dealership assets of Western Power & Equipment of Vancouver, Washington. Case expects to finalize the sale in the next 30 to 45 days.

Western Power & Equipment has eight locations in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington that sell, rent and service construction and industrial equipment.
