The National Association of Pond Professionals (NAPP) now offers its certified contractor testing on the Web. By passing the two-hour test, contractors demonstrate they have the necessary knowledge to design and install water features. Once a contractor passes the exam, NAPP provides a certificate of completion, welcome kit and listings on its Web site and monthly press release.
