Typar Professional Landscape Fabric can be used under stones, bricks and pavers and in landscaped areas to help block weeds from growing. If properly installed, the fabric is guaranteed for 20 years. Made of spunbonded polypropylene, the continuous filaments are bonded together for strength and durability. These fibers are matted together to prevent roots from growing through them, though the fabric is porous to allow the passage of water, air and nutrients. Water will not pool on the fabric, which weighs 3 ounces per square yard. To allow desired plants to grow, cut an “x” in the fabric for them.

The commercial-grade FC600 mid-line tiller from Honda offers a one-touch transport wheel that can be engaged or disengaged without using tools. Three new tree injection products from Rainbow Treecare Scientific can be used to treat and prevent infestations and can be delivered through the reusable M3 infuser micro-injector. Bacastat, a water-soluble formulation of oxytetracycline, suppresses Bacterial Leaf Scorch in oak, elm, sycamore and maple trees. Xytect Infusible, a broad-spectrum insecticide with imidacloprid, provides immediate and season-long control of a variety of insects including emerald ash borer, bronze birch and other wood borer insects. Aracinate tree injection, an abamectin formulation, controls mites and prevents pine wilt nematode.
Carhartt designs workwear for women
Carhartt workwear is now available in fits and sizes designed for women. The line consists of jeans, dungarees, knit shirts, sweatshirts, outwear and accessories, including the Carhartt Detroit Jacket and Sandstone Work Dungarees.
