Germany-Based Oase Group Acquires GeoGlobal Partners

The Oase Group, headquartered in Hörstel, Germany, has acquired GeoGlobal Partners.

The transaction has been closed with immediate effect and the terms were not disclosed.

The merger brings together two water gardening companies to create an innovative and comprehensive water gardening business in North America. Combined, the companies are poised to strengthen Oase’s presence in North America while reaching out to the global market in water gardening.
