Norman GoldenbergPLANET, the Professional Landcare Network, has hired Norman Goldenberg, Landscape Industry Certified, to its public affairs team.
Goldenberg will serve as a State Affairs Consultant for the team.
Goldenberg was a past-president of PLANET and past chair of PLANET’s Government Relations Committee.
Most recently, Goldenberg served as senior vice president of government relations at Terminix International and TruGreen.
Goldenberg left to start a consulting practice called Namron Business Associates.
“Norman is incredibly knowledgeable about the issues facing the lawn care and landscape industries,” says Jim McCutcheon, Landscape Industry Certified, PLANET president. “With his deep knowledge and years in public affairs and government relations, he will be a huge asset to the PLANET and to the industry.”
PLANET tackles a wide range of regulatory issues at the state and federal level. Goldenberg is expected to focus on some of the many issues at the state level.
