Winter Services Inc. has been named a winner of the Snow and Ice Management Association’s 2015 Safety Award. This is the fourth consecutive year the West Allis, Wisconsin-based company has taken home the national award from SIMA.
Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Business Journal has recognized Winter Services as one of the fastest-growing companies in southeastern Wisconsin for the third time; the company has almost doubled in size since 2012, according to a news release.
SIMA uses the annual Safety Awards to recognize companies that promote safe and effective snow and ice management procedures. As one of 23 recipients, Winter Services was cited for consistently maintaining exceptional safety standards to protect their employees, clients and the public.
“We’re extremely proud that our continued dedication to providing a safe environment for our customers has paid off in more ways than one,” said Jay Felton, president of Winter Services. “Receiving the SIMA Safety Award and being considered a top-tier company by the Milwaukee Business Journal are both extremely prestigious ways to be recognized.
