Husqvarna has announced a new robotic mowing solution for landscapers that offers an alternative to CEORA. The Husqvarna Automower 520/H EPOS is ideal for landscapers looking for a more affordable, entry-level, wire-free robotic solution to help them manage commercial properties efficiently.
The Husqvarna Automower 520/H EPOS will mow up to 1.25 acres (in comparison the CEORA has a greater capacity area of up to 18 acres). The product is available at dealers and will retail for $3,299 – plus reference station cost.
"The driving force behind the development of the new Automower 520/H EPOS was to offer landscapers a wire-free robotic solution specifically designed for efficiently managing smaller commercial properties at a more accessible price point," says Richard Bennett, senior director of sales, North America, Husqvarna Group. "In contrast to CEORA, which is geared towards expansive spaces of up to 18 acres, the 520/H EPOS is tailored for landscapers servicing residential and modest commercial properties up to 1.25 acres, including corporate campuses and premium commercial areas. Its adaptability extends to niche markets like golf courses and sports grounds, making it perfect for mowing smaller areas such as those surrounding clubhouses. By prioritizing smaller-scale applications and affordability, the Automower 520/H EPOS fills a specific gap in the market for individuals in need of a compact yet efficient robotic lawn care solution."
