KODIAK AND GRIZZLY GET MORE POWER, NEW LOOKS AND NEW SUSPENSIONS
Business owners who need four-wheel-drives to traverse rugged terrain where traditional pickups can’t tread will find Yamaha’s 2016 ATVs and side-by-sides of interest.
Celebrating its 60th anniversary, Yamaha is using 2016 as the year to make a big push forward in what it offers its buyers of utility/work-oriented machines.
“This year marks one of Yamaha’s most significant new ATV and SxS model launches in history,” says Mike Martinez, Yamaha’s Recreational Vehicle (RV) vice president.
Among the all-new 2016 models are the Grizzly and Kodiak 700 line of 4×4 ATVs that have been a staple in many of the outdoor-oriented trades, and the 2016 Wolverine side-by-sides.

The Grizzly’s new styling and chassis incorporate redesigned front and rear fenders, an all-new handlebar mounted work light, new 26-inch tires, twin-piston four-wheel disc brakes, new suspension and Yamaha’s core drivetrain technologies.
The new Grizzlies come in non-EPS, EPS, Special Edition and Limited Edition variations with multiple color and styling options. Non-EPS models start at $8,899 and EPS models start at $9,699.
Yamaha’s 2016 Kodiak 700 line of 4×4 utility ATVs received a similar make-over with new styling, smooth power and increased torque.
The Kodiak 700, Kodiak 700 EPS and Special Edition (SE) Kodiak 700 EPS start at $6,999, $8,199 and $8,899, respectively.
