Bobcat to sell compact utility tractors

Just days following an announcement Korean equipment manufacturer Doosan will acquire Bobcat from Ingersoll Rand, Bobcat announced a long-term strategic agreement for Korean manufacturer Daedong to produce a line of compact utility tractors under the Bobcat brand.

David Rowles, president, Bobcat Americas, says the addition of a compact utility tractor line expands Bobcat’s market position in compact equipment. “By combining the Bobcat global brand, dealer network and service with Daedong’s commitment to compact tractor design and technology, we can provide our customers with the quality compact equipment experience they’ve come to expect from Bobcat,” Rowles says. “We plan to start offering compact utility tractors to customers later this year.”
