Nov. 4 is deadline for early Irrigation Show registration, savings

irrigation-associationThe 2016 Irrigation Show and Education Conference in Las Vegas is only a month away, and Nov. 4 is the deadline to save on full registration, exhibits-only registration and class registration packages. For example, if you register for three or more classes by Nov. 4, you’ll save 5 percent on your total registration fee.

The Irrigation Association’s annual event is set for Dec. 5-9 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with the education and training events lasting throughout that period. The trade show itself is Dec. 7-8. You can register and find detailed information here.

This year, for the first time, the Irrigation Show will be co-locating with the National Ground Water Association (NGWA). As a result of this partnership, IA says in a news release, attendance is expected to reach 9,000 people, “creating the world’s biggest and best trade show for agriculture, landscape and golf irrigation.”

About 600 exhibitors from IA and NGWA will participate in the trade show, and the two associations will be co-hosting the 2016 Drought Summit during the event.

A key draw of the Irrigation Show has always been the quantity and quality of industry training and education available, and IA says 2016 will be no different. Classes are planned for both seasoned professionals as well as those who are new to the industry.

Real-world applications and irrigation case studies ensure that participants are exposed to practical skills and best practices, IA says.

Virtually all of the educational offerings during the event offer continuing education units, or CEUs.
