The homeowners wanted an all-inclusive outdoor living space where they could relax and entertain guests. To accomplish this, a 20-foot by 40-foot gunnite pool and six-person gunnite spa were installed, as well as two travertine marble patios and a Brazilian hardwood pergola set atop 10-foot travertine columns. The outdoor kitchen includes a 14-foot stone chimney, a Viking inset grill area with a built-in sink, refrigerator, warming drawers and a travertine countertop. Price withheld by customer request.
