The 27-year-old home received a backyard makeover beginning with the demolition of an existing pool, decks, hardscape and landscape. The homeowner requested an outdoor entertainment area to include a water feature, fire pit, barbecue area, retaining walls, landscape lighting, plantings, irrigation, drainage and imprinted concrete. The gunite pond is faced with natural rock and is accented with fiber optic lighting, a barbecue counter and steps leading to an upper seating area.
