The National Association of Landscape Professionals is pleased to announce the opening of the 2025 Safety Recognition Awards program, dedicated to recognizing landscape industry companies that demonstrate a serious commitment to maintaining safe work environments.
Award Categories:
- Best of the Best: Awarded to companies that have achieved the "Overall Safety Achievement Award – Gold Level" status for three consecutive years.
- Overall Safety Achievement Award: Recognizes companies at Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels based on their overall safety performance.
- No Vehicle Accidents: Honors companies with zero vehicle accidents during the award period.
- No Injuries or Illnesses: Acknowledges companies with no reported injuries or illnesses.
- No Days Away from Work: Recognizes companies that have not experienced any days away from work due to workplace incidents.
- Most Improved: Celebrates companies that have shown significant improvement in their safety records compared to previous years.
To apply, companies are required to provide safety data from their OSHA 300A Form and a copy of their vehicle loss run report. The application process is streamlined to ensure that companies of all sizes can participate and gain recognition for their safety efforts.
The deadline for submissions is May 5. Award recipients will receive certificates, digital badges for their websites, fleet decals, and national recognition through NALP's platforms. Additionally, all award-winning companies will have their names displayed at ELEVATE, NALP's Annual Conference and Expo.
