The Hi-C40 Mobile Jaw Crusher is a portable crusher designed for onsite crushing and for those tricky, hard to access places where you can create your own gravel right on site. The Hi-C40 has 60 tons of crushing power built into a portable piece of equipment. You can crush just about anything from stones & rocks, bricks & blocks, curb stone, broken concrete & even broken concrete with rebar, and with a fully adjustable jaw you can create finished product from ¾ up to 3 pieces. The crusher is built on a 28 2 speed hydro-static, self propelled, tracked driven platform powered by a 91/2 hp diesel Kubota engine giving you the ability to go through a standard doorway and access spots where full size crushers could never go. For Inside work where noise is a concern the engine runs at 86 decibels and with an optional noise suppression system that can be reduced to 75 decibels. The crusher also meets California air emissions standards and if dry scrubbers are installed air quality is cleaner than propane.
