VERSATILE MCCLOSKEY INTERNATIONAL R105 HIGH ENERGY SCREENER PROVIDES OPTIMUM OUTPUT AND TRANSPORTABILITYFOR SCREENING & RECYCLING APPLICATIONS

PETERBOROUGH, ON Using a similar design to its very popular R155 line, McCloskey International is very proud to unveil the highly versatile R105 High Energy Screener to the general public at the National Heavy Equipment Show in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on March 5th & 6th. Like the larger R155, the R105 is designed to handle throughput for a large range of rock, quarry, C&D and soil products and tips the scales at almost 50,700 lbs (23,000 kg).

Along with our new primary C50 Jaw Crusher and portable secondary C44 Cone Crusher, the addition of the R105 Screener to our product line continues McCloskey™s reputation for delivering on its promise to offer our customers a complete solution for all of their crushing, screening and recycling needs, says Paschal McCloskey, company owner and founder.

Offering a stockpile height of 11™9 (3600 mm) and a screening area of 12™ x 4™6 (3660 mm x 1370 mm), the highest and largest in its class, the McCloskey R105 Screener has been specifically designed for operators who do not require the full capacity of the larger model. Featuring the trademark durability and reliability engineered into each McCloskey machine, the strongly-built R105 offers operators maximum mobility and transportability. We studied this machine and its applications in detail, said John O™Neill, Vice President of McCloskey International. The end result is a robust machine capable of processing even the most difficult product.

According to Paschal, having listened carefully to contractors, he knew that a smaller machine would have to be highly mobile on and off the site. At approximately 1/3rd smaller than the R155, the R105 is highly manoeuvrable on the site. As well, in both North America and Europe, it is easily floated from jobsite to jobsite without any special permits required.

The R105, with its 3-way split, can handle a primary screening function to feed a crusher as well as screening operations. O™Neill continued, the McCloskey R105 is destined to become the screener of choice for smaller contractors.
