The Ingersoll Rand airend is also easier on the compressor™s engine and allows for greater fuel efficiency.
The models included in the mid-range line are the Ingersoll Rand VHP300WIR, Ingersoll Rand XP375WIR and the Ingersoll Rand P425WIR. These models were designed for the specific needs of different applications. The VHP300WIR, with 200 pounds per square inch (psi), is suitable for drilling, dry ice blasting, pipeline testing and fiber optics cable installation. The XP375WIR, with 125 psi, can be used for painting and abrasive blasting operations. The P425WIR, rated at 100 psi, is ideal for drilling with multiple tools or small crawl air drills and jobsites where more volume is needed.
All mid-range compressors come with the same warranty options as all other Doosan compressors with Ingersoll Rand engines. A five-year or 10,000-hour powertrain warranty is available for the engine, coupling and airend for both parts and labor. New and used compressors can qualify if all service work is done by a certified Doosan equipment service center, and only if genuine fluids and filters from an authorized Doosan Infracore Portable Power dealer are used.
In addition, these compressors have standardized parts and components, minimizing the opportunity for downtime because parts are available anywhere in the world. Also, the global marketability of these models increases the resale value of a unit.
