Blastrac 110V Product Offering

Updated Oct 22, 2010

Oklahoma City, OK (January 23, 2008) Blastrac is offering a complete lineup of 110V surface preparation equipment, inclusive of all Blastrac specialties in shotblasting, dust collection, scraping, scarifying, grinding and cutting. To complete this line up in 2008 Blastrac is introducing four new machines: Dekrasaw, Handtool Vac, BGS-250 and 435 110V. Now Blastrac has a machine to provide the small contractor and do-it-yourself homeowner with every surface preparation need.

Blastrac’s 110V scrapers provide a solution to the removal of ceramic tile, VCT, carpet, hardwood, vinyl, thinset, mastics and glue from concrete floors. The Blastrac BS-50 is a 110lb machine built for small residential removal. The Blastrac BS-75 is a 207lb machine designed with a forward drive to make small jobs easier and faster. The Blastrac BS-110 is a 360lb machine built for all residential size and small commercial jobs. The BS-180 is a 515lb industrial strength machine built to withstand the heavy duty removal of ceramic and hardwood.

Blastrac’s 110V scarifier lineup includes the BMP-E165 82lb light duty machine. This scarifier is built exclusively for the removal of the glues, mastics and soft/chewy material left on a concrete floor after a floor covering is removed.

Blastrac’s 110V shotblasting machines provide the solution for concrete surface preparation in residential jobs to edging on commercial size slabs. The 1-8DEZ and the 1-9DEZ provide two solutions in both an 8″ light duty 110V shot blaster and the 9″ heavy duty 110V shot blaster. These machines have found their niche in small jobsite surface preparation for thin mil epoxy coatings and microtoppings.

Blastrac’s 110V dust collecting machines attach to almost all Blastrac surface preparation machines to make them all nearly completely dust free. The BDC-1216 and the 1-13DC provide the light duty and heavy duty one, two punch to cover all our do-it-yourself customers and professional contractors.

Blastrac is introducing two new 110V grinding machines in 2008 in both a planetary and rotary grinding system. The BGS-250 is a machine designed to utilize a 10″ diamond disk or three diamond plugs in a rotary motion to grind and polish concrete. The Blastrac BMG-435 110V is a planetary style grinding and polishing machine built to give all contractors the ability to find power at almost every jobsite. These grinding and polishing machines will help expand an already growing decorative concrete market while allowing more contractors and do-it-yourself homeowners to have access to this technology. Couple these walk behind grinding machines with the traditional handheld 7″ and 5″ GrinderVacs and the user has a complete surface preparation solution.

Blastrac’s newest product in the 110V lineup is the Dekrasaw exclusively for the decorative concrete industry. This machine is a small, lightweight machine that will cut almost any radius. The customer’s decorative concrete floor is no longer limited by machines, but by their own imagination. Add this Dekrasaw to the TucPointer and the CrackVac and the 110V Sawtec lineup is complete for surface preparation and decorative concrete floors.

All of these Blastrac machines are made to be jobsite and environmentally friendly when connected to a Blastrac dust collector.
