The New Solid Flex 14 x 17.5 Tires have been re-engineered to deliver better performance than ever before, featuring a new wider and longer tread bar design to provide a greater lug-to-void ratio – 63% lug to 37% void, offering superior stability and traction. In addition, these new tires are constructed with an enhanced mining rubber compound that resists tearing and chunking – the toughest, longest-lasting material available. The state-of-the-art tread design features 2.8 inches of wearable tread – far superior than a premium pneumatic tire, and deep, self-cleaning lugs for excellent traction in dirt, sand, mud and gravel.
These flat-proof Solid Flex Tires feature elliptical apertures that offer a pneumatic-type ride, less wear and the peace of mind knowing there will be NO FLATS. These tires last 3X longer than pneumatic foam-filled tires, yet weight only 342 lbs. compared to 450 lbs. for the pneumatic tire. Solid Flex Tires are also molded with the rim, not pressed on, making them ideal for high horsepower machines.
