COLUMBUS, Ohio – PSB Company, a division of White Castle System, Inc., is introducing the newest addition to its line of Prizelawn® fertilizer spreaders, the PS200™.
PS200, with its 6 mph transport and application speed, coupled with its 200 lb. capacity, can be on and off jobs as large as an acre in as little as eight minutes. Its 2.5’ turning radius, instant reverse and 35” width allows the operator to get in and out of tight spots or through garden gates with ease. The Honda GXV 160 commercial engine ensures years of reliable operation. A plus for maintenance and durability on this unit is its rustproof stainless steel frame and body work.

The company is not a stranger to the lawn care industry. PSB fabricated parts for army amphibious trucks, or “ducks” that were being used in the Pacific during World War II. Following the war, the then Porcelain Steel Buildings Company began making lawn spreaders for the O.M. Scott & Sons Company of Marysville, Ohio. By 1964 the company had produced more than 3 million spreaders and continues to produce its Prizelawn line of spreaders as well as private label units. In addition to fabricating stainless steel fixtures for White Castle restaurants, PSB also performs a variety of metal stamping, forming and laser cutting functions, as well as powder coating and e-coating with facilities in Columbus and Dayton, Ohio, and Rome, Georgia.
