After acquiring rights to the active ingredient clothianidin from Arysta LifeScience, Valent is marketing and selling Arena insecticide.
Arena is used to prevent and control white grubs when applied from early May through September. It also controls surface-feeding insects like chinch bugs and sod webworms and suppresses mole crickets and cutworms.
Arena has a low solubility, so once absorbed into the turf it stays in the root zone for consistent, season-long control.
