Lindsay Corporation’s acquisition of Watertronics complete

Lindsay Corporation has finished its acquisition of Watertronics, a manufacturer of electronically controlled pumping systems in Hartland, Wisconsin. Watertronics will operate as a subsidiary of Omaha, Nebraska-based Lindsay.

Few changes have been made to Watertronics’ management during the acquisition with the exception of Richard G. Reinders’ retirement. Formerly the company’s president, Reinders stepped down, and his son, Rick G. Reinders, is taking over as division president. Frank (Chip) Carlson has been appointed chief operating officer.
