Rain Bird announced the dates and locations of Rain Bird Academy’s 2008 summer irrigation training camps in Florida. The camps are designed to teach irrigation professionals how to conserve time, money and water by using improved irrigation practices.
The Professional Training Camp held at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida, will be July 7-11. This camp offers 35 courses to provide professionals with instruction on irrigation products, installation methods, best practices and business skills. Several of the courses are also taught in Spanish.
In addition to the Professional Training Camp, Rain Bird Academy will host several Regional Training Camps throughout Florida. These events are three- to four-day condensed versions of the professional camp. Dates and locations of these are as follows:
· The Villages, Florida, June 3-5
· St. Petersburg, Florida, July 14-18
· Naples, Florida, July 21-25
· Miami, Florida, July 28-August 1
· Miami, Florida, August 4-8 (These courses taught in Spanish)
