Nominations due for Irrigation Association awards

June 20 is the deadline for all nominations for Irrigation Association awards. Each year the IA recognizes individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the industry. Awards are based on peer recommendations. Below are a list of the awards and information about submitting nominations.

Crawford Reid Memorial Award: This award is presented for significant achievements in the promotion of proper irrigation techniques and procedures, as well as producing major industry advancements outside of the United States.

Industry Achievement Award: This award is presented to an individual of an industry firm who has made outstanding contributions to the development of the irrigation industry and products used by it.

National Water and Energy Conservation Award: This award is presented for achievement made in conservation of water and energy relating to irrigation procedures, equipment, methods and techniques.

Partner of the Year: This award is presented to a person or group that has made significant contributions or accomplishments in areas associated with the irrigation industry.

Person of the Year: This award is presented to an individual outside the irrigation industry who has made outstanding contributions toward the acceptance of sound irrigation practices.
