Case Construction Equipment introduces a Web-based training program for its dealer locations across North America. The program incorporates elements from face-to-face training, seminars, self-directed learning programs on CD, online courses, Webcasts and other interactive programs.
Case says the online program will feature nearly 20 Web-based product-training modules by the end of the year. Also, over 50 parts and service market-training courses will be offered.
