Bayer Environmental Science named Jimmy Johnson fungicide business manager for its Green Business group. Johnson will also serve as the Bayer golf industry lead.
Johnson has worked with Novartis (Ciba) in crop chemical sales, as a turf sales representative and as a turf and ornamental marketing manager. He has also served as insecticide product manager for Bayer CropScience. Most recently, he was a golf sales representative for Bayer.
Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree in animal science and a master’s degree in agricultural economics, both from the University of Arkansas.
