Those serving our country in the military leave more than friends and family when they go overseas. They also leave behind a yard that needs to be maintained.

To help those men and women who are away serving, GreenCare for Troops (part of Project Evergreen) matches volunteers with military families in need of help. By visiting their website, you can sign up to handle tasks like mowing, weed eating, tree trimming, aerating, fertilizing, edging, pest control and snow care. So whether you can help one family or 10, giving back using your talent is a great way to help out in your community and support our troops.

If you know of military families who could benefit from this service, have them visit the website and sign up.

There are jobs for everyone, so you can also get your family involved with the volunteer work.

The Attachments Idea Book
Landscapers use a variety of attachments for doing everything from snow removal to jobsite cleanup, and regardless of how often they are used, every landscaper has a favorite attachment.
