According to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, Toro has submitted plans to the city of Bloomington, Minnesota, where the company’s headquarters resides, to add a 75,000-square-foot, three-story addition.
Toro has asked the city to rezone the 15 acres of residential property off the north side of the building.
The expansion plan could be heard by the city planning commission by early June and heard by the City Council at the beginning of July.
