Case Construction Equipment released its Tier 4 Final TR310 Alpha Series compact track loader (CTL) during GIE+EXPO last week.
Compared to other medium-frame CTLs in Case’s lineup, the TR310 has wider tracks (15.75 inches), a greater overall width (74.3 inches) and lower ground pressure (5 psi).
The 74-horsepower TR310 weighs 8,800 pounds, has a 3,100-pound rated operating capacity and has a 8,680-pound bucket breakout force.
The machine has a radial-lift arm and 10-foot, 3-inch hinge-pin height. The CTL features a 3-foot-wide enclosed cab that is fully sealed and pressurized against noise and dust.

The TR310 offers an EZ-EH (electro-hydraulic) setup menu that features nine optimal preset speed and control settings. A single rocker switch allows operators to switch between the Case “H” operating pattern and ISO pattern controls.
All of Case’s Alpha Series CTLs feature a dozer-style undercarriage. The TR310 also features push-button Ride Control as an option, which dampens loader arm movement while traveling.
The engine, filters and fill points are all located at the rear of the machine, and the TR310 has a tilt cab for access to the drivetrain compartment.
Equipment buyers can spot which Case machines are Tier 4 Final by looking at the back of the machine. If the back panel is grey, it is Tier 4 Final.
