The infographic, 15 Insights About Green Industry Buyers, is designed to help green industry business owners understand key information found in the report.

The report is results from a survey of hundreds of individuals who have purchased green industry services like irrigation service and repair, lawn mowing and fertilization, arbor care, landscaping and snow and ice removal

Among the information represented in the infographic:

  • As a whole, buyers of green industry services are happy
  • Buyers prefer email to any other form of communication
  • New customers are the least satisfied customers
  • Buyers tend to be older and have disposable income

One of the most surprising results in the infographic is approximately 75 percent of respondents prefer communications in the form of email, citing it over phone calls, face-to-face conversations and text messages. Regardless of age, income, gender or property type, the majority of buyers in each demographic chose email as their preferred method of communication.
