Handle a range of specialized tasks with Terex’s new compact wheel loaders, which feature Tier 4 Final Deutz engines. A full range of attachments that include sweepers, snow blades and salt spreaders ensure the line is suitable for a variety of applications. The lineup include four models with a range of features that boost efficiency and productivity.

TL65: 50 horsepower, with bucket capacities from 0.65 to 1.31 cubic yards;

TL80: 60 horsepower, with bucket capacities from 1.05 to 1.57 cubic yards;

TL100: 74 horsepower, with bucket capacities from 1.31 to 2.03 cubic yards and

TL120: 101 horsepower, with bucket capacities from 1.57 to 2.36 cubic yards.

The machines feature a closed-circuit hydrostatic drive that provides a high power output per unit mass, and has infinitely variable and step-less speed. The units only use power where it is needed most, and up to 90 percent of the maximum torque is available at startup. The variable-flow hydraulic system ensures operators can perform several work cycles at once, and permanent all-wheel drive and an automatic limited slip differential in the front and rear axles provide traction when moving.

The compact wheel loaders have features that boost flexibility on jobs, including articulated steering that allows for up to 40-degree-angle turns. An oscillating rear axle design provides a 12-degree swing angle while keeping all four wheels in contact with the ground.

Terex’s Smart Control operating system allows the operator to configure the machine precisely, using a system that the company says is similar to menu guides on a smartphone. Additional control features include a new dashboard display that provides at-a-glance machine operation information; a multi-function joystick with an electro-proportional control circuit and slow/fast key for precise handling; extra-large keypad keys; in-cab mounted fuses and relays; automatic power shift and fingertip controls.
