Doing routine maintenance on a Boxer compact utility loader just got simpler. Morbark, maker of Boxer equipment, has introduced maintenance kits for current and legacy model Boxer mini-skid steers.

“This gives our customers a convenient way to purchase maintenance items by taking the guesswork out of ordering individual maintenance items,” said Jason Showers, Boxer product manager. “There’s just one part number to get everything needed to perform regularly scheduled maintenance.”

The maintenance kits include a service reminder decal, synthetic blend replacement engine oil (10W30 oil for gas-powered machines and 15W40 oil for diesel machines), engine oil filter, fuel filter, air filter and hydraulic filter for gas and diesel engines.

A mid-wheel maintenance kit and an idler wheel maintenance kit also have been introduced, containing all of the parts to rebuild a mid-wheel or the idler wheels, respectively. All maintenance kits are packaged with Boxer recommended OEM replacement components.

Morbark says the the price of the Boxer maintenance kits is about 10 percent less than the cost of buying the items separately.
