McHugh has held the CGCS credential for more than 27 years, according to Floratine, and has successfully managed a variety of courses throughout his career. He is also the founder of North Carolina Turf Support, an organization that specializes in providing services for turf nutrition, physical and chemical properties of soil, water analysis and both national and international consulting.

“We are extremely proud to have Pat join our team,” said Kevin Cavanaugh, CEO of Floratine. “Pat’s skills and knowledge have been trusted by turfgrass professionals around the world for decades.”

McHugh, who holds a degree in turf management from Michigan State University, assumes his new position immediately.
