Takeuchi-US has recently altered the personnel in two of its regional service territories.
The compact equipment company has placed Robert Brooks in charge of the Southwest while Chad Rackley replaces Brooks as Southeast region service manager.
Rackley assumes his new role with five years of experience in the Takeuchi’s Product Support Department. He recently acquired a degree as a heavy diesel service technician.
Brooks has 12 years of experience in compact equipment repair, along with 30 years’ experience in small engine repair.

“Chad and Robert are more than qualified to help lead our team, and we look forward to their expertise as they strengthen our regional service territories,” said Mike Ross, director of operations at Takeuchi-US. “Robert and Chad are very experienced in Takeuchi Product Support and both have displayed strong leadership throughout their time here. I have no doubt they will create a strong foundation for our team to stand on.”
Takeuchi was founded in 1963 and was the first company to introduce the compact excavator to North America. It is also known for its line of compact track loaders and compact wheel loaders.
