Sarlo Power Mowers Inc. has just introduced “BigMo,” dubbing it the industry’s only 30-inch walk-behind mower with a hydro drive transmission.

Sarlo, based in Fort Meyers, Florida, says BigMo also has the largest engine in its class.

Small-Sarlo-logoThe new mower is built to commercial specifications, with an 11-gauge steel deck. And while the manufacturer promises a superior cut on manicured lawns, BigMo is capable of handling rough cutting and heavy jobs as well.

“BigMo represents a ground-up, new design from Sarlo that answers a need in the market for a 30-inch mower,” said Tony Sarlo, the company’s president.

The new model offers seven cutting positions, height adjustment without tools, bearing-mounted, no-flat front swivel caster wheels, positive reverse and differential axle, electric clutch, commercial, greaseable spindle and a fabricated frame.

BigMo is powered by a 10.5-horsepower Briggs & Stratton Intek engine.

Sarlo Power Mowers says its newest product is simple to operate and easy to maintain.
