C. Ivan Stoltzfus is changing lives one mile at a time.
From New Jersey to California, Stoltzfus is currently driving a 1948 John Deere Model A tractor across the country.

You might ask why, and the reason is simple.
Stoltzfus is raising money for the Wounded Warrior Project, which is an organization that supports injured service members.
He is raising awareness and 100 percent of all donations will go to the Wounded Warrior Project, according to his site.
With the goal to reach $1 million, Stoltzfus is just starting out and has already received approximately $44,000.
Stoltzfus is an auctioneer and a real estate broker, as well as a retired farmer. He grew up farming with John Deere tractors and always dreamed of driving across the country.
With the help of a tractor club, Waterloo Boys of Southeastern Pennsylvania, the tractor was brought back to life and retrofitted with a 1984 Peterbilt model 359 cab. During the drive, it will be towing a 24-foot camper donated by Stoltzfus RV of West Chester, Pennsylvania.
