Ram first introduced the Night Package back in September for the half-ton 1500 saying that it had heard from customers asking for a customized look on their pickup without the hassle of actually taking it to a custom shop.
The Night Package will be available on Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks—single rear-wheel models only—in Crew Cab configurations, 4×2 or 4×4 and any available powertrain combination: 5.7-liter Hemi V8, 6.4-liter Hemi V8 or the 6.7-liter Cummins I-6.
At the base of the Night Package 2500/3500 is a monochromatic Sport appearance package with body-color wheel flares, black lighting bezels, black-bezel headlamps, body-color painted steel front and rear bumpers and black grille surround. The truck rides on 20-inch black aluminum wheels wrapped in LT285/60R20E off-road tires.
Night Package HD specific features include:
- Black grille surround with black billet inserts
- “RAM” tailgate with blacked-out lettering from Ram Power Wagon
- Black Ram’s head grille badge
- Flat black Ram 2500 or 3500 Heavy Duty door badge
- Flat black 4Ă—4 tailgate badge (if applicable)
- Flat black powertrain door badging
Available paint colors are Bright Silver Metallic, Bright White, Brilliant Black Crystal, Delmonico Red Pearl and Granite Crystal Metallic.
The Night Package interior includes high-back heated cloth/vinyl bucket seats with 10-way power adjustment, power adjustable pedals and automatic temperature control with dual-zone climate control.
Ram started manufacturing Night Package 2500 and 3500 pickups this month. Pricing starts at $45,520 plus $1,320 destination.
