TT/TTX Series RockBreaker System from BTI

BTI™s TT/TTX Series of Stationary Rockbreakers are rugged, heavy duty swing bearing design hydraulic breaker systems, engineered for secondary breaking of oversize at grizzlies and gyratory crushers under extreme conditions. These systems are used in the toughest applications on hard rock or where large coverage areas are required.

The TT/TTX Series systems are complete with Pedestal and Boom, Hydraulic Breaker with Moil, Blunt or Chisel Tool, Power Pack, Power Pack to pedestal hoses and an IQANCAN- BUS joystick control system complete with anti-blank and anti-lunge protection. Systems are constructed from heavy duty all welded inner and outer boom sections, hoist, dipperstick and tilt cylinders. All systems undergo full load motion testing prior to delivery.

For the larger stationary crushing plants, BTI has designed and developed the TT/TTX Series Rockbreaker System. This system used in applications where extremely hard rock is present or a large coverage area is required. It can be used for material handling applications.

  • Systems can be equipped with a 4,000 to 10,000 ft-lb class breaker
  • Models available with up to 45 ft Nom. Horizontal Reach (with breaker vertical)

Features & Benefits

Unparalleled Reach of 30 to 45 feet, with 330 degree swing with dual hydraulic motor (optional 140 degree dual cylinder drive).

Large Boom Cylinders provide lifting capacity for hydraulic breakers ranging from 4,000 ft lb class to 10,000 ft lb class.

Heavy Duty Construction provides maximum endurance from side to side, bending and torsional torsional loading inherent in raking and manipulating oversize, vibration and shock loads from the hydraulic breaker, and high loads induced by crusher kickback.

Versatile Multi-purpose Systems can be customized with an array of attachments such as quick couplers, grapples, crushers, pulverizers, rock buckets, clamshell buckets and wood pickers.
