RexCon LLC of Milwaukee (WI) recently introduced their LoGo 10 Portable Transit Mix Batch Plant. The LoGo 10 introduction highlights a renewed focus by RexCon LLC into the transit mix market. The hinged 440 bbl. gravity feed silo delivers faster, more accurate batching, while eliminating the maintenance and headaches associated with screw fed cement. Load cells on all batchers assure precise measurement of materials. A larger capacity 66 Ton (45 cubic yard), four compartment aggrgate bin is standard equipment on the RexCon LoGo 10, with either in-line or cross bin configuration. A 100 Ton (76 cubic yard) aggregate bin extension is also available for additional storage. The RexCon LoGo 10 can be erected in a matter of hours. The LoGo 10 is a single trailer configuration with a fifth wheel hitch for ease of transport. The self-contained hinged cement section enables fast installation. The LoGo 10 comes to the jobsite pre-wired and pre-plumbed from the factory. The LoGo 10 Portable Transit Mix Batch Plant comes standard with 10 cubic yard (7.65 cubic meter) batchers, and a 30″” wide (350 FPM) batch belt. Optional equipment includes the 103 ME manual control with electronic pushbuttons, or the RC3 computer batch controls. A compute ladder and platform assembly enables greater accessibility to the batch plant. Auxilary silos to 1050 bbl. provides additional cement and flush storage.
